Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of personal data associated with Nubatel at any time using either method below. Nubatel will review every request and contact you if additional verification is required.
1.Method 1 — Email
Send an email to support@nubatel.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used with Nubatel
- Your phone number, if applicable
- Any relevant Nubatel account or order reference, if available
Please never include passwords or payment card numbers in your email.
2.Method 2 — Online Request
Meta / Facebook Data
If you interacted with Nubatel through a Meta or Facebook integration (for example by following one of our ads), you can use the same deletion request process above to request deletion of the data Nubatel received through that integration. Please note that Nubatel cannot delete data that Meta stores independently on its own platforms — for that, please use Meta's own privacy tools.
Information We May Need to Retain
Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, accounting and tax records, fraud prevention, chargebacks and disputes, or regulatory compliance. Financial, tax and fraud-prevention records are not automatically deleted where retention is legally required.
